Step 1: The CV
You can submit your CV directly via email to careers@lexatel.com, or through the various recruitment initiatives we have under way with career forums, employment sites and academic recruitment programs.
Step 2: The Interviews
Once you have been identified as a qualified candidate, you will be contacted within 2 weeks for a face-to-face interview. Usually an interview lasts up to 1 hour. There might be follow up interviews.
Step 3: The Offer
If during the interview both sides see a fit, Lexatel will extend an employment offer in writing outlining all employment conditions. We would expect you to respond to it within a specific period.
Step 4: The Contract
Once all employment details are negotiated, you will sign a contract depending on the type of employment. These are usually part-time, full-time or work-study (senior college students). Freelance contracts do not fall in this category.
