Account Management

Once you have started to use our services there shouldn't be much for you to do except to keep your account topped up, so the services remain active. To help you with this we have developed two tools, both of which you'll find in the Client Resource Centre under the "Billing Tab" :

Usage Prediction Table

This is a table that predicts your usage over the next 7, 14, 30 and 60 days, once you've been a client for more than 15 days. This will help you ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account. Some clients like to check this table at the beginning of each month and then fund their account so they have enough credit for the rest of the month; thereby reducing the need to continually top up.

Notifications for Low Credit

With this tool you can enter as many email addresses and mobile phone numbers, that will then receive low credit warning when your account reaches €2000, €500, €250, €100 and €20.

All other account management requirements you might have will be handled at a personal level with your contact within our business. Typically clients want to modify some element of the existing service or add more services. You can either contact us by email, an internal extension or a mobile phone. We aim to deal with your requirements immediately if they are simple or within a working day, if not.
